The Human Rights Impact Topic aims to improve outcomes for people suffering or at risk of harm caused by a company’s operations, products, or services. This impact topic asks companies to first understand how their operations and value chains may involve negative human rights impacts, and then take action to prevent and mitigate them, bringing the B Lab standards in alignment with the UN Guiding Principles on Business & Human Rights (UNPGs).
