Sustainability and strategy consultant Chloé has been assisting companies in obtaining B Corp certification for several years. Renowned for her dedication to guiding businesses towards more environmentally and socially inspiring models, she supports her clients both strategically (business model review, strategic planning) and operationally (action plans, organizational change management, GHG assessments, responsible procurement systems). To facilitate client transformation, Chloé is involved at every stage of the certification process, from the initial diagnosis with the completion of the B Impact Assessment to the development of the action plan for submission to B Lab and the audit phase. Reconnue pour son engagement envers la transition des entreprises vers des modèles d’affaires plus durables sur le plan environnemental et social, elle aide ses clients à la fois stratégiquement (révision des modèles d’affaires, planification stratégique) et opérationnellement (plan d’action, conduite du changement organisationnel, bilan GES, gestion des approvisionnements responsables).
