Early Bird tickets will be available until Wednesday, December 31, 2025 (deadline extended!) and regular price tickets will be available from January 1, 2026 until April 15, 2026 — or until they sell out.
We are planning for plenary sessions of Champions Retreat 2026 to be available via livestream, freely available to anyone in the world in real time and as recordings. Select breakout sessions will be recorded and made available at a later date.
If you are planning to purchase 5 or more tickets, please reach out to us at championsretreat@usca.bcorporation.net for package options.
Tickets are fully refundable if a refund request is made in writing or directly through the TicketTailor system before Sunday, March 22, 2026. Refunds will not be issued after this date for any reason, including, but not limited to: illness, travel-related issues, loss of employment and/or erroneous purchases. You may purchase travel or other insurance to cover these scenarios, and agree to release B Lab from liability for any such circumstances.
Discounted passes may be available to those who qualify in these categories: Trained B Consultants, B Network Leaders, B Local Leaders, B Academics members, students, and nonprofit employees. We will also offer a scholarship program to a limited number of attendees through an application process. Please email championsretreat@usca.bcorporation.net with any further questions.
Ticket transfers can be made to another like-attendee who meets the requirements of the original ticket purchase, e.g. a B Corp ticket must be transferred to a B Corp employee. Ticket transfer requests must be made in writing to championsretreat@usca.bcorporation.net by Sunday, March 29, 2026. B Lab may be unable to fulfill ticket transfer requests made after this date. Discounted ticket types are not transferable.
Champions Retreat is open to anyone interested in working to advance the B Corp movement. This includes:
- Employees of Certified B Corporation companies in any role or level — especially CEOs & Founders, Operations & Finance, HR, Marketing, Sustainability & Impact
- Leadership from impact-focused for-profit businesses aspiring to become Certified B Corporations
- Nonprofit leaders and partners, academics, and students aligned with the B Corp vision
- Access to the Opening Reception at the Mitchell Park Domes and B Together party at Lakefront Brewery, including food and beverages
- Two full days of conference sessions, including plenaries, breakouts, and workshops
- Optional registration for opening day activities, including tours and service opportunities (some activities may carry an additional fee)
- Breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks with snacks on conference days
- Complimentary B Corp products & swag, networking, and business development opportunities in the B Corp Marketplace
- Access to morning yoga sessions, sensory spaces, wellness, healing, and processing activities

The Champions Retreat 2026 Content & Speaker Request for Proposals (RFP) is open through Tuesday, November 4, 2025. B Lab U.S. & Canada invites proposal submissions for plenary/mainstage speakers, breakout sessions, and wellness or healing experiences. We’re looking for high-quality, action-driven content tied to B Lab’s updated standards V2.1. Review the full RFP here for details and the submission form.
We are actively looking for Champions Retreat 2026 sponsors and encourage signing on as early as possible to maximize your brand exposure as we promote the event. We have many sponsorship opportunities available to meet various budgets and goals, primarily for B Corps and other select values-aligned organizations. The Marketplace is an expo-style experience specifically designed for B Corps that want to give away a product or share more about their services to attendees. The Marketplace will be open at the Baird Center on the conference days – April 22 and 23, 2026, and spaces will be allocated to B Corps and other aligned organizations based on product or service category, geographic representation, and ownership by priority equity groups. We typically do not accept product/swag giveaways from non-B Corps. Yes, there are two conference hotels with exclusive attendee rates, both within close proximity to the main conference venue (Baird Center North). The primary hotel is the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee, and the secondary boutique hotel is the Saint Kate Arts Hotel. Please visit the TripZero booking site to book your stay.
We recommend arriving on Monday, April 20 and departing on Friday, April 24 to maximize your time and ability to attend activities throughout Champions Retreat. Many groups in the B Corp ecosystem use this week to plan their own meetings and gatherings, which may not be part of the official event schedule. Arriving early on Tuesday, April 21 and late on Thursday, April 23 would also cover the general conference activities. Please see the draft schedule in the question below for more information about daily activities.
Below is a schedule overview. We will release more information and timing as it becomes available.
- Monday, April 20: Select activities for Level program participants and B Network leaders. We also expect that networks and groups may offer their casual gatherings on this day.
- Tuesday, April 21: Optional tours & service opportunities with organizations around Milwaukee and the region, B Network Leaders summit (morning), Opening Reception (evening).
- Wednesday, April 22: Morning yoga & movement, breakfast, conference plenary & breakout sessions, lunch & B Corp Marketplace, networking opportunities, B Together Party (evening).
- Thursday, April 23: Morning yoga & movement, breakfast, conference plenary & breakout sessions, lunch & B Corp Marketplace, networking opportunities, closing plenary session. Optional evening gatherings and social activities.

Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions
B Lab US & Canada, LLC, 1801 Market Street, Suite 2670, Philadelphia, PA 19103, USA (the “Sponsor”) is the host of the B Corp Champions Retreat 2026 in Milwaukee (“the Retreat”), Wisconsin, and is partnering with Certified B Corporation Radio Flyer (the “Promoter”) to offer an e-bike sweepstakes in conjunction with the Retreat. The sweepstakes period commences at 12:01am Pacific Standard Time on December 10, 2025 and ends at 12:01am Pacific Standard Time on January 1, 2026 (Competition Period).
No entry details submitted after this time will be valid. The sweepstakes entry is open globally to participants aged 18 years or older. It excludes any person where entering this sweepstake breaches any law or regulation of the jurisdiction in which they are resident. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. Only one entry per person will be available (Eligible Entrant).
Official Rules
NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR SURVEY PARTICIPATION OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
Those who have completed a valid payment to purchase an all-access ticket to attend the B Corp Champions Retreat 2026 via the TicketTailor registration page before 12:01am Pacific Standard Time on January 1, 2026 will be automatically entered with one entry to the sweepstakes. Ticket types eligible for entry with purchase include: B Corp All-Access Ticket – Early Bird; Supporter All-Access Ticket – Early Bird; B Network Leader All-Access Ticket; B Academics All-Access Ticket; Movement Builder All-Access Ticket; Nonprofit All-Access Ticket; Trained B Consultant All-Access Ticket; Sponsor Ticket. Winners will receive their prize only after agreeing to these terms and conditions. An entry can also be made by emailing championsretreat@usca.bcorporation.net, limit one per person, no purchase necessary. Purchase and/or payment will not improve chances of winning. Void where prohibited. Open only to individuals who are at least the legal age of majority in their state or province and country of residence prior to the date of entry. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries, one entry allowed per person.
By entering the Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes“):
- you will be bound by and comply with these Official Rules for the Sweepstakes (“Official Rules“), which form a legally binding agreement between you and the Sponsor identified below;
- you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements; and
- you will comply with all applicable laws, rules, or regulations (collectively, “Applicable Laws“).
If you do not agree to these Official Rules, do not enter the Sweepstakes.
Sweepstakes Terms.
One prize winner will receive a Flyer Flex e-bike from Radio Flyer.
There will be 1 (One) winner determined in respect of this promotion.
All entries will be assigned a number and the winner will be determined randomly using a random number generator.
Should the winner reside in the United States, for any prize awarded with a value of $600 USD or more, B Lab U.S. & Canada will file an information return for the payment with the Internal Revenue Service (26 C.F.R & 1.6041-1) and issue the winner an IRS Form 1099-MISC.
Eligibility. Open to individuals who are at least the legal age of majority in their state or province and country of residence prior to the date of entry. Employees, representatives and agents of the Sponsor and its affiliates, and members of their immediate family, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period in order to be eligible. Limit one entry per person per Sweepstakes and entrants must use their own email address. For avoidance of doubt, you may not enter multiple times using multiple accounts. All Sweepstakes entries/surveys become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Prize(s); Winner Selection & Notification of Winners; Conditions. Subject to these Official Rules, the Sponsor will award a prize to one individual who will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received by use of an online random number generator after the close of the Sweepstakes period. If you are selected to be the winner, an e-mail notification will be sent to you. The person selected to win must respond within seven (7) days of the notification being sent to them. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The winner must provide any information required by Sponsor for delivery of any prize.
Subject to these Official Rules, the prize will be fulfilled by the Sponsor. The prize will be awarded only after (a) Sponsor’s receipt of the selected winner’s response and any required affidavit of eligibility, declaration of compliance, release and/or other documentation; (b) proper verification of the selected winner’s identity; all subject to selected winner’s compliance with the Official Rules. Return of the prize notification as “undeliverable” or any failure to respond or to return any required affidavit or other documentation in the time period provided above, or any other failure to comply with these Official Rules, will result in disqualification of the selected winner and forfeiture of the prize. Sponsor is not required to award elsewhere any prizes forfeited by the chosen winner. Sponsor is not responsible for any late, lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or undelivered prizes.
Each winner will be solely responsible for paying any taxes and any other expenses incurred by the winner in connection with receiving the prize or participating in the Sweepstakes, including any income taxes, sales or use taxes, value added taxes, goods and services taxes, or harmonized sales taxes. Throughout the term of a Sweepstakes, and as a condition to receiving any prize, you will provide Sponsor with an affidavit of eligibility, declaration of compliance, release, and any other forms, documents, or certifications, including any that may be required for Sponsor (or its affiliates, any third-party administrator, or promotional partners) to satisfy any information reporting or withholding tax obligations with respect to any payments related to a Sweepstakes.
Each prize will be awarded “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). If you win a prize, you may not transfer, assign, or redeem the prize for cash. The Sponsor may substitute a prize with a prize of similar or greater value.
Termination of Sweepstakes; Changes to Official Rules. Sponsor may modify or cancel the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules at any time without prior notice for any reason whatsoever. Without limiting the foregoing, (a) if for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, including should any virus, worm, bug, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of a Sweepstakes, Sponsor may terminate the Sweepstakes; (b) Sponsor will not be liable for failure, delay, or termination in a Sweepstakes because of causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation acts of God, terrorism, war, riot or other civil unrest, fire, earthquake, flood, or degradation, government order, law or actions, national or regional emergency, pandemic or epidemic, or failure of third party networks or communications infrastructure; and (c) Sponsor may modify a Sweepstakes Period depending on the available supply of prizes.
Release. Sponsor and any other entities involved in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties“) are not responsible for and do not assume any liability for, and you agree to release and will hold them harmless from and against any and all liability, loss, injury, or damage to property or person, including death, rights, claims, and actions, and reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, of any kind (collectively, “Losses“) arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from: (a) the administration of the Sweepstakes, including any modification or termination of the Sweepstakes, the selection or confirmation of winners or awarding of prizes, and any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in connection with the foregoing or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; (b) the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize or participation in the Sweepstakes; (c) any lost, misdirected, late, or incomplete entries or for inaccurate entry information; (d) any operation or transmission error, failure of electronic communications, theft, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; (e) any damage to any computer or device resulting from accessing or downloading Sweepstakes materials or otherwise participating in the Sweepstakes; (f) the security or privacy of information transmitted via computer networks, including any breaches of privacy due to interference by a third party, including third-party computer “hackers” or otherwise; or (g) an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings. Sponsor may disqualify any individual found to be: (x) tampering with the Sweepstakes; (y) violating these Official Rules; or (z) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to threaten or harass any person, and each of the foregoing will be deemed a breach of these Official Rules. Incomplete, robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entries will be disqualified. The authorized subscriber of the account used to enter a Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these Official Rules in the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same email account.
Limitation of Liability. Without limiting the foregoing or any other provision herein, the Released Parties’ total liability for any and all claims, judgements, and awards against the Released Parties shall not exceed the total out-of-pocket expenses incurred by you to enter the Sweepstakes. In no event shall the Released Parties be liable for any attorneys’ fees, punitive, indirect, incidental, special, and consequential damages.
Sponsor’s Decisions are Final. You agree that Sponsor’s decisions related to the Sweepstakes and any distribution of prizes are final.
WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL AND CLASS ACTIONS. EACH PARTY HERETO IRREVOCABLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY WAIVES ALL RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY IN OR TO HAVE A JURY PARTICIPATE IN RESOLVING ANY DISPUTE, ACTION, PROCEEDING, OR COUNTERCLAIM, WHETHER SOUNDING IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES, THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZE (OR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED WITH A PRIZE). ALL CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZES AWARDED (OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED WITH A PRIZE), SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM CLASS ACTION.
Choice of Law; Jurisdiction; Equitable Relief. This Sweepstakes is void wherever prohibited or restricted by Applicable Law and is subject to all Applicable Laws. The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA for resolution of all claims, differences, and disputes the parties may have regarding the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules.
Privacy Notice: All information submitted in connection with a Sweepstakes will be used and treated in accordance with these Official Rules. You agree that personal information shared in connection with a Sweepstakes may be (i) processed, shared, and otherwise used for the purposes of administering and within the context of the Sweepstakes; and (ii) used by the Sponsor to verify your identity, postal address, and telephone number or to otherwise verify your eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes. You acknowledge that Sponsor may be required to disclose the winner’s address to regulatory authorities, and you agree to any such disclosure. Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy.
Winner’s Name; Rules Request. To request a copy of the Official Rules or the winner’s name, please send an email to championsretreat@usca.bcorporation.net with the subject line “Official Rules Request; Champions Retreat 2026 Radio Flyer Sweepstakes” or “Winner’s Name Request; Champions Retreat 2026 Radio Flyer Sweepstakes” as applicable, within one hundred and twenty (120) days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
Additional Terms. If any term or provision of these Official Rules is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of these Official Rules or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction. If any term of these Official Rules is held to be excessively broad or invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, it shall be reformed and construed by limiting and reducing it so as to be enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law in conformance with its original intent.
The Promoter and its affiliates reserve the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw and any of the prizes in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
