Anne Klein
Anne Klein is the Managing Director of Pilot Forward LLC, a sustainability consulting firm that specializes in BCorp Certification, sustainability strategy development, and ESG disclosure and reporting.
Prior to Pilot Forward LLC, Anne served for five years at the Pet Sustainability Coalition, supporting businesses in the pet industry to implement profitable environmental and social business practices. She served as VP of Administration and Sustainability at Newton Running, leading Newton’s successful effort to become the first running shoe brand to achieve B Corp Certification.
Anne has over 18 years of fundraising experience in nonprofits, including senior positions at Harvard Business School and the Children’s Hospital Foundation in Denver, CO. She holds a BA from the University of California at Berkeley and Ed.M. from Harvard University, Graduate School of Education. She holds certifications as a Trained BCorp Consultant and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
