Carolina is the founder and CEO of Cultivating Capital, a Certified B Corp since 2012. She has worked directly with numerous companies to help them certify and recertify as B Corps while also improving their overall impact. She is an active member of the B Corp community, particularly within the B Corp women CEOs group, WeTheChange. Carolina is a recipient of B Lab’s Community Builder Award and founded the B Impact Collective, an online community open to all B Corp enthusiasts.
