Ghani Kolli
At the intersection of impact and business innovation, Ghani Kolli is passionate about alternative economic models aimed at a regenerative and sustainably prosperous society. He is involved with the international Think Tank such as R3.0, which advocates for a redesign for the resilience and regeneration of human and natural ecosystems. He contributes to and draws from the best and most ambitious practices in true sustainability, sustainable finance, systemic change, and resilient territories. To this end, the Flourishing Business Canvas, the design of wisdom economies, Blue Ocean Strategies, New Generation Business Models, and the theory of change are among the tools in his toolkit. Ghani is one of the contributors to the books Design a Better Business, Business Models for Team, and The Real Startup Book. He can be in roles as diverse as coaching, training, consulting, or speaking. More than 4,000 participants have attended his workshops and conferences.
Throughout his career, Ghani has held roles as both an intrapreneur and entrepreneur, including positions as sales director, general management, strategic advisor, in addition to founding several companies in North Africa and Canada.
Ghani founded and led the strategic design consulting firm HumanYo+Impact in 2014 before joining Credo as a partner in May 2021. There, he works with SMEs on social responsibility issues, with incubators/accelerators to contribute to the emergence of new impact business models, with NGOs and cooperatives to offer strategic clarity and design, as well as with economic development departments to contribute to development that respects planetary boundaries and social thresholds.
Trained in management information systems at the University of Béjaia, in international trade and management at the International Institute of Management and HEC Montréal, Ghani Kolli volunteers in the business communities of Canada and the Maghreb. Among other roles, he is president of the CDCA – Canada-Algeria Development Council and Governor of the RJCCQ – Regroupement des jeunes chambres de commerce du Québec (Network of Young Chambers of Commerce of Quebec).
