Dr. Kristin Joys is an impact strategist who has spent over 25 years empowering high impact innovators, entrepreneurs, and leaders.

Do Good Well Consulting was founded in 2002. During its first decade, Do Good Well Consulting helped folks find and create high impact ventures, careers, and leadership opportunities. Since 2012, Kristin’s work has focused on empowering businesses, organizations, and individuals to create strategic value (strategic venture plans & impact business models, strategic giving plans & high impact philanthropy, leadership consulting & coaching). She particularly enjoys working with high-impact entrepreneurs launching innovative ventures that bridge for-profit and nonprofit models (aka “designed to give” hybrid sibling ventures). Kristin delights in creating actionable strategic impact plans, helping ventures be more innovative, meaningful, resilient, and successful.

Kristin serves on the Board of B Academics and is Director of Strategic Impact for Florida for Good. She studied with Dr. Brené Brown in 2019 to become a Certified Dare to Lead™️ Facilitator. In 2022 she earned a certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard.
