Dr. Kristin Joys is a strategic impact consultant with over 25 years of experience educating & empowering changemakers. She has been teaching about B Corps since 2008 in her role as Director of the Social Impact & Sustainability Initiative at UF.

During its first decade, Do Good Well Consulting helped changemakers find and create impact careers. Since 2012, Kristin’s work has focused on empowering business leaders to walk their talk around being values-aligned by becoming certified B Corporations; she particularly loves working with hybrid for-profit/non-profit “sibling” ventures. Kristin delights in creating actionable strategic impact plans, helping ventures be more innovative, sustainable, regenerative, compassionate, and impactful.

Kristin serves on the Board of B Academics and is Director of Strategic Impact for Florida for Good. She studied with Dr. Brené Brown in 2019 to become a Certified Dare to Lead™️ Facilitator & in 2022 she earned a certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard.
