María is an educator, mentor, scientist, and researcher with training in ecology, conservation, sustainability, and entrepreneurship. She is the founder and CEO of Proyecto Raíces L3C, with which she offers workshops, consultancy, certifications, and other educational services for citizens, organizations, and businesses of all sizes and industries to develop and improve their sustainable practices. She also serves as the Environmental Educator of TAIS, Inc., and the Community Outreach and Education Coordinator for The LimPiaR Foundation, further demonstrating her commitment to helping conserve our environment and helping empower citizens and all types of organizations to be the solution that our world so urgently needs.
