With a nonprofit, education and community-based background, combined with an MBA in Sustainable Management, Tiffany brings a people-first lens to BPM, a large tax and accounting firm. Tiffany leads the ESG Advisory practice, specializing in starting organizations’ ESG journeys and creating meaningful, cohesive strategies. This includes materiality assessments, stakeholder engagement, developing strategy roadmaps, and measuring carbon emissions. She is the Accounting and Financial Reporting Vice Chair for the American Bar Association’s ESG & Sustainability Committee, as well as a member of Allinial Global’s ESG Steering Committee.
